Our products are shipped out as soon as possible, but not always on the same day as your order.
You will receive your order in 2-3 days within New Zealand. If you have more questions on this, please contact us directly and we will assist you.
A flat rate of $15 will be charged for postage per order within New Zealand. Orders are usually delivered by New Zealand Post with a tracking number provided.
At times, we offer free / discounted shipping on all orders, so make sure to follow us on the exciting lineup of events we have planned for you.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for some reason, you can return it within thirty (30) days of delivery (sale items are non-refundable).
Order payment is accepted only for Afterpay and is not eligible for a refund, but will be offered an exchange.
Returned items must be in unworn, original condition with tags attached and in the original shoe box. Proof of purchase must be provided for any return of products.
The products exchanged should be the same value or more as the original product purchased.
In the event the product didn’t fit properly or is damaged, you may exchange it for the same product or something more suitable provided for that.
The products returned for exchange must be in the original condition, with the original shoe box and not damaged in any way.
Please note there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
